About Simroseate

Simroseate has just four private villas, set between Agonda and Cola in South Goa. Each has its own private pool and jacuzzi, but what defines Simroseate just as much is the space around them — the garden, mature trees, neighbouring cashew orchards and green hills.

Simroseate took shape within a former cashew orchard. Many of the mature trees were kept, and the garden was created around them rather than the other way around.

With only four villas, life here can take a leisurely pace. Service is personal, breakfast doesn’t have to happen at a prescribed hour, and there is time and space to simply enjoy where you are. There is a particular pleasure in observing nature unfurl around you. For us, that connection with the natural world is part of what luxury means.

And when you feel like heading to the sea, Agonda Beach is easily accessible, with a complimentary shuttle available for our guests. Cola, Kakolem and Cabo de Rama beaches are a short drive away.
